Is your silver certified and authentic?
Our pieces are handcrafted on a resin base with a genuine silver-plated finish — not solid or hallmarked silver. Each piece goes through quality checks for finish and durability before it ships.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days and delivered within 5–9 business days pan-India, depending on your location. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take a little longer.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
COD is available on select orders where offered — this is shown at checkout along with online payment options.
What is your return and refund policy?
We offer a 7-day change-of-mind return on unused items in original packaging, plus a free replacement or refund for anything damaged, defective or incorrect on arrival.
Can I get a product customized?
Custom and made-to-order pieces are available on select products — any extra time needed will be communicated when you place your order.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
Yes — we work with retailers, temples, corporate gifting teams and event planners on bulk and dealer orders.
